The studio features access to some of the finest digital and analog audio equipment available. The preservation studio's signal path features 96kHz, 24-bit capability and is "bit-clean," which means that digital audio put into the system comes out unaltered unless alterations are deliberately introduced. The studios also offer noise reduction restoration services for audio, utilizing some of the finest tools available today.

Audio Mixdown service involves careful attention to audio detail and adjustment of sound for accurate playback and recording. Audio mixdown is when the separate audio tracks of a multiple track recording are combined, balanced and routed through the recording console. During mixdown, volume, eq, special effects and spatial positioning can be artistically set to create a stereo or surround sound mix that is then rendered. This process is the key to having professional quality music.

The final product is a stereo file that can be sent to you in AIFF or WAV formats, whichever you prefer.

• Please provide each channel of audio as a separate file rendered at a minimum of 44.1kHz/24bit with -6db of headroom.
• Audio Mastering service is included with each mixdown free of charge.
